¢Ü The length of wood backboard is not less than 1000mm, width not less than 300mm, four angles are right angles.Measure assistant tool: paper board, wood board and wood bar.
2 ¡¢ Preparation of measure:
Know the shape of workpiece for manufacturing; confirm to bring tools needed to measure according to all kinds of manners such as drawings provided by users or telephone consultation. Generally, it is better to measure after mounting of cabinet if on table-board.
Two¡¢ Process method:
It is not different to manufacture between solid surface material and common wood , senior woodworkers can operate only telling them about the sketch. |

Cut: Cut on right line and curve by incision machine.
Drill: Drill on throat location on water pipe, pipe line location, flume, basin and inserted stove settings and so on by electro-drill and incision machine.
Amend edges: All edges can be completed by woodwork amending machine, all kinds of edging can be finished only need to change knife head.
Adhibit: Adhibit board, edge, block water edge, basin and flume and so on by special adhesive without any seams.
Rub: Rub by sand polishing machine and manually, rub to remove peccadilloes with No.100, 180, 320, 400, 600 and 1000 of sand paper as their order.
Polish: Level up for the whole table-board, and add suitable wax on polishing machine, which can polish table-board like a mirror.

Measure repeatedly: Check productions and site whether is consistent before mounting.
Amend: Amend difference with site's to satisfy to mount.
Drill: Drill and mount tap and accessory where needs.
Level up: Try to mount table-board, whether it is level, trim right connection, and amend or fill up levelly if need.
Connect: Connection is an import process for mounting, so take care for it:
Connecting star basin should be in workshop, and minimize connections on site.
¡ö Measure repeatedly and try the proper location before connection.
¡öEnsure connection interface smooth, and plane connection interface by woodwork plane.
¡öConnection interface must not be selected in the obvious location
¡ö Connection interface should not be selected at corner rather than on the plane so that it can be mounted conveniently.
¡ö Gelatinize at the both sides of connections and pour adhesive in the seam with close seams.
¡öClip two sides of connection in Clip A and F.
¡ö Do not rub and remove before not dry adhesive.
Fix: Coat glass adhesive to fix table-board on the support cabinet and shelf.
Rub: Limit to rub on the connections of site, and cover relative objects and insulate dust before rubbing, rub in from rude sand to fine sand as order when rubbing.
Polish: Add wax to polish in polishing machine after rubbing, control polishing degree as users' requirement.
Maintenance
Kanger productions only need to maintain simply, then it can be kept new. Maintain daily as following:Wipe the moisture in wet rag.
2.Add a little of detergent or suds water into sponge or wet rag to wipe food or most home besmirch.
3.Stupid besmirches such as hair dye, food pigment and smoke besmirch etc.
A £º Sub-brightness table-board (rub in from 600# to 800# sand paper): Wipe in decontamination powder and hundred clean rags.
B £º Polish table-board (rub in from 1000# to 1200# sand paper): Wipe in non-rub decontamination powder and soft hundred clean rags.
C £º Mirror polishing (rub in from 1200# to 1500# sand paper): Wipe in sponge and decontamination powder, and restore shine in addition brightness protective agent such as liquid spray wax.
4.Little nick, scorch nick and scrape nick: Wipe surface in milkiness spray wax and wet rage
5. Remove knife nick and scorch nick and scrape nick:
A £º Sub-brightness (rub in from 600# to 800# sand paper): Remove knife nick in from 180# to 220# sand paper to rub, and restore original state in detergent and hundred clean rag.
B £º Polishing table-board (rub in from 1000# to 1200# sand paper): Polish in 400# sand paper, and restore original state in non-rub detergent and soft clean rag.
C £º Mirror polishing (rub in from 1200# to 1500# sand paper): Polish in 400# sand paper firstly, then polish and wax in light agent and wool polishing circle in low speed.
Note:
1.Don't put high temperature objects on the table-board for a long time directly, for example hot boiler and burning cigarette.
2.Table-board must not be used as cutting vegetable board absolutely, put the vegetable to cut on cutting vegetable board.
3.Keep the surfaced of table-board clean, and do not put wet rag and towel for a long time.
4.Prevent intensive chemical to contact with table-board.
5.Prevent heavy objects smash table-board directly. |
